Please check with your veterinary professional that swimming is an appropriate form of exercise with regards to the health and age of your dog.
A note to all customers. First and foremost As we are aiming to offer the full hydrotherapy. at the moment we can not and do not offer it. We are in the process of working towards the awards. our staff are completing a very in depth qualification, One far more in depth than other places offering hydrotherapy. This is all part of our mission to be the best.
Swim Paws take every care to ensure the safety of your pet and our staff are trained in first aid. Your dog attending is entirely at your own risk.
Please ensure your dog has not eaten for at least 2 hours prior to swimming.
Dogs with infectious or contagious conditions cannot use the facilities.
Please do not bring a bitch who is in season.
Please ensure that young puppies have completed their vaccinations before bringing them to Swim Paws.
Please keep your dog under control and on a lead at all times unless directed otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse services to any animal at any time.
Please wear suitable footwear and take care as floors can become slippery.
We respectfully ask that any children must remain with an adult at all times due to health and safety and that they do not approach another customer’s dog.
Please ensure that your dog has toileted before entering the building and that you disposed of properly. Defecation in the pool will result in an extra charge of £150 per day as draining, cleaning, decontaminating and re-filling the pool can take a substantial amount of time (up to 3 days) and will result in lost revenue.
Customers using the parking facilities at Swim Paws do so at their own risk. We accept no liability for loss or damage to property.
